The service from the crew and owner is fabulous. The owner shows up on site many times to make sure that the work is perfect. He quickly responds to requests or schedule changes. As well, if you have a special request, he makes sure it gets done right. One time the crew accidentally sucked my phone charger into the vacuum. Ray called me and let me know what happened. He replaced the charger that day with no hassle on my end. Recently I put my house on the market. I asked Ray to please have his crew do the cleaning before we started showing. The house was emmaculate. He came to the house to make sure everything was perfect before his crew left. I didn't have to worry about a thing and the house got great feedback from potential buyers on how well it showed!
